Noha Mohammed Mansoor An Al Ain University graduate who carried her passion for the Arabic language and her educational mission into a professional journey spanning more than two decades of dedication

1. Tell us about yourself?

My name is Noha Mohammed Mansoor, and I currently work as the Ministry Subjects Coordinator at Al Dhafra Private Schools – Al Ain. I have been working in the education field for more than twenty years, and I always strive to contribute to the development of the educational process and support teachers and students in achieving the best possible outcomes.

2. Tell us about your memories as a student and what Al Ain University means to you?

I completed my studies at Al Ain University, majoring in Arabic Language and Social Studies, and graduated in 2017. Al Ain University represents an important milestone in my life. It is not simply a university to me, but a place where I gained knowledge, experience, and valuable memories. I still cherish many wonderful memories with my classmates and professors.

3. Tell us about your academic journey?

I was determined to continue my education through the bridging program to obtain my bachelor's degree, which was a requirement for me to continue in my profession. Despite the challenges, by the grace of Allah, I was able to successfully balance my work and studies until I achieved my goal.

4. What inspired you to choose your major, and what are your future aspirations?

Since I was young, I have had a deep passion for the Arabic language and have always believed that it represents our identity and is the language of the Holy Quran. Therefore, I chose this major to contribute to instilling a love for the Arabic language and a sense of belonging to it among my children and students. As for my future aspirations, I hope to continue developing myself academically and professionally and to serve the field of education to the best of my ability.

5. Tell us about your professional journey?

I have been working at Al Dhafra Private Schools for more than twenty years. It has been a journey filled with dedication, achievements, and continuous growth. Throughout these years, I have gained diverse experiences and contributed to various initiatives and successes at the school.

6. How did your studies at Al Ain University support your professional career?

Al Ain University made it possible for me to continue my studies while working in the mornings, as I attended classes in the evening. I received tremendous support from the academic and administrative staff, who helped me overcome many challenges. This support played a significant role in my academic success, and I was proud to graduate with honors and distinction throughout all my semesters.

7. What are the main challenges you face in your current position?

My current position carries significant responsibilities, as it requires constant communication and coordination with both the academic and administrative staff, particularly the teachers of Ministry Subjects, as well as with parents. At times, I feel the pressure of the workload and the level of responsibility, but I consider this a motivation to work harder and give my best.

 

8. What are some of the achievements or awards you have received since graduation that you are most proud of?

Among the achievements I am most proud of is being repeatedly recognized as an Outstanding Teacher at the school. I am also proud of my contribution to the school's success in receiving various awards and achieving success in internal and external competitions.

 

9. In your opinion, what is the role of a graduate toward their university, and what role can graduates play in serving society?

A graduate is an ambassador of their university. They carry their university's degree with pride and reflect its values and ethics throughout their professional and community life. Graduates should also contribute to maintaining a positive reputation for their university and apply what they have learned to serve society. The university plays a significant role in shaping its graduates' personalities and building their futures.

 

10. Based on your personal experience, how can one achieve a balance between social and professional life?

I believe that achieving balance requires good planning, effective time management, and setting priorities. This helps me perform my work efficiently while also making time for my personal life, health, and cultural interests.
