My academic path has been characterized by diversity and depth. I began in the field of education and later expanded into law and management, ultimately earning my doctorate. This combination allowed me to integrate legal, administrative, and human dimensions in my work.
Al Ain University was a pivotal turning point in my journey—it transitioned me from theoretical knowledge to practical application. The supportive learning environment and exceptional academic staff played a crucial role in shaping my academic and professional skills with confidence and competence.
What is your career experience and professional growth?
My career has spanned various sectors, including education, marketing, real estate, technology, and law. I started as an educational supervisor, then took on administrative and marketing roles in major real estate firms, eventually becoming a General Manager.
Today, I work as Deputy General Manager, Legal Advisor, and Certified Arbitrator. Each stage contributed to honing my leadership and analytical skills, resulting in a well-rounded and progressive career path.
Why did you choose your field of study? What are your future ambitions?
I chose law because it forms the foundation of justice and the protection of rights. Management complemented my leadership capabilities, while education was my starting point for community impact.
Looking ahead, I aim to contribute to the development of contemporary Arab legislation, establish a legal training center that bridges theory and practice, continue academic research and publishing, and integrate AI in legislative tools and legal training curricula.
How has studying at Al Ain University supported your professional growth?
Al Ain University provided me with a strong academic and methodological foundation, especially during my Master’s program. It enhanced my skills in legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy. I also had the opportunity to participate in workshops and practical training sessions, which boosted my confidence and prepared me to take on leadership roles and professional advancement.
Do you have any volunteer or community involvement?
I believe that legal work should be closely aligned with community service. I have participated in initiatives to raise legal awareness, particularly in women’s and family-related issues. I’ve delivered awareness lectures on tax law and related legislation and supervised internship programs for university students at the “Hamad Bin Jarwan” Law Firm to prepare them for real-world legal practice.
What do you believe is the role of a graduate towards their university and community?
A graduate is a living extension of the university’s mission and embodies the values and ethics instilled during their studies. Graduates have a responsibility to enlighten others and lead community initiatives—especially today, when raising legal and social awareness is crucial. They are essential pillars in driving societal progress.
Based on your experience, how can one achieve balance between personal and professional life?
I believe in the importance of smart time management and prioritization. I apply disciplined self-management to balance my professional duties with personal and family needs. I also dedicate time for reading and self-development, as a mentally and emotionally balanced person is best equipped for sustainable success.
