Distinguished Participation of Al Ain University Alumni and Their Students in the 11th Edition of the "Ramadan Aman" Campaign

As part of promoting the values of generosity and humanitarian work, several Al Ain University alumni and students participated in the 11th edition of the "Ramadan Aman" campaign. They contributed by packing and distributing Iftar meals to drivers at Al-Murabba traffic signal, half an hour before Maghrib prayer throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

This campaign, organized by Al Ihsan Charity Association in partnership with the Ministry of Interior and in collaboration with traffic and police departments, aims to reduce traffic accidents and speeding, which often occur as drivers rush to reach their Iftar destinations. The initiative reflects the community’s commitment to social responsibility and promotes a culture of road safety.

The campaign witnessed overwhelming engagement from teachers and students, who were keen to participate actively in distributing meals. They emphasized the significance of volunteer work in fostering a sense of social solidarity during the holy month. Participants also praised the efforts of the organizing and supporting entities, highlighting how this initiative has become an integral part of Ramadan traditions in the UAE.
